All caterers prepare food; most decorate with flowers. At Big Bang Catering we take it one step further and grow our food and flowers ourselves. Pastures of Plenty Farm is a 35-acre organic vegetable, herb and cut flower farm, where Big Bang Catering grows and sources its food. True commitment to great food begins with the growers. With locally-grown fresh flowers, vegetables and herbs harvested from our farm just for your event, we are able to create menus that reflect the peak of the season.
